Psychotherapy and self-knowledge

Do you carry something heavy that you just can’t put into words?

Change begins with understanding.

Individual and group psychotherapy. Safe space for your questions, and the quiet to find your own answers.

Upcoming group

When it’s not enough…

I’m looking for people to join a new closed therapy group in Sofia. If you’d like to learn more and see whether the format suits you, leave your details.

How I work

I don’t work from preconceived notions or fill-in-the-blank interpretations. What interests me most is the person in front of me: how they experience things, and the situation they’re in.

The person first,then the method.

I make time for your questions and I don’t rush to conclusions.

What I offer

Two ways to work together.

Individual therapy

This is time just for you, to understand yourself, your relationships and what’s going on inside you.

Individual therapy →

Group therapy

A place to share, become aware and grow alongside others. The group offers extra support and outside perspectives that individual work rarely uncovers on its own.

Group therapy →
Community

A calm place for like-minded people.

A private community with online group sessions, articles, videos and webinars. It’s a place to keep working on yourself between sessions, with people on a similar path.

FAQs

Good to know.

Do you work with children or teenagers?

No. I see adults only, aged 18 and above. If you’re looking for support for a child or teenager, I’ll gladly point you to a trusted colleague who can help.

Are sessions online or in person?

Both. Individual and group sessions can be in person or online; the community is online.

How do I pay for sessions?

Online sessions are paid in advance. Once you book, you’ll get an email explaining how to pay: bank transfer or Revolut. For in-person sessions, we sort it out on the day.

How does the first conversation work?

It’s short and there’s no commitment from either side. We get to know each other and decide together, at an easy pace, whether and how to continue.

How long is a session?

About 60 minutes. We agree together how often to meet, depending on what you need.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes. Everything you share stays between us, in complete confidence.

Is individual or group therapy better for me?

If you’re not sure, start with the short quiz or just write me. We’ll work out together what would suit you best.

Ready for the first step?

It starts with a short conversation about what brings you to me.
We decide the rest together.

Take a short quiz to find out whether group or individual therapy is the better fit for you.
